About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2010 No. 164 "About approval of the Instruction for production of forensic-psychiatric examination"

Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2010 No. 164 "About approval of the Instruction for production of forensic-psychiatric examination" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6143, No. 303-305 (26364-26366)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of November 11, 2010 the following changes:

in the Instruction for production of the forensic-psychiatric examination approved by the above-stated order:

head of body of forensic-psychiatric examination;

the leading forensic-psychiatric expert, in case of production of commission forensic-psychiatric examination;

the forensic-psychiatric expert or the physical person performing activities for production of forensic-psychiatric examination based on the license";

state Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. Prolongation of term of production of forensic-psychiatric examination is made according to the motivated petition of the head of body of forensic-psychiatric examination or the forensic-psychiatric expert (forensic-psychiatric experts) who is not the employee of body of forensic-psychiatric examination in form according to appendix 1 to this Instruction, only in the next exceptional cases:
