1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2001 No. 836 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "About employment of the population" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 23, the Art. 288) the following changes:

in Rules of the organization and financing of the social jobs approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The labor law, the legislation on provision of pensions and insurance extend to the unemployed participating in paid social jobs.";

state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Between the employer and to the unemployed participating in social jobs the employment contract according to the labor law is signed.";

state Item 18 in the following edition:

"18. Compensation of the unemployed participating in social jobs is regulated according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the employment contract and depends on quantity, quality and complexity of the performed work.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
