1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2011 No. 616 "About approval of Rules of transfer of the state-owned property assigned to the state legal entities from one type of state-owned property in another" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 41, the Art. 521) the following changes:

in Rules of transfer of the state-owned property assigned to the state legal entities from one type of state-owned property in another approved by the specified resolution:

paragraphs two and third the subitem 2) of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"in case of book value thirty thousand and more than sizes of monthly settlement indicators for date of transfer, except for veterinary medicines - according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

in case of book value less than thirty thousand sizes of monthly settlement indicators for date of transfer, except for veterinary medicines - according to the decision of authorized body on the management of state-owned property approved with the authorized body of the corresponding industry exercising control of the republican legal entity on which balance there is transferred property;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
