The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia which further are referred to as with the Parties

in view of long-term interests of two states in development of cooperation,

being guided by the Treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual aid between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia of August 29, 1997,

in view of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on encouragement and mutual protection of capital investments of September 15, 2001,

expressing interest of the states of the Parties in settlement of mutual cooperation in the field of supply of natural gas, oil products and the rough natural diamonds to the Republic of Armenia,

in view of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of October 24, 2013 about accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Customs union and the Common economic space of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, the Statement of heads of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia of October 24, 2013 about participation of the Republic of Armenia in Eurasian integration process, and also the Memorandum of deepening of interaction between the Republic of Armenia and the Eurasian economic commission of November 6, 2013,

in view of the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of the Customs union of October 6, 2007, and also the legal base of the Common economic space,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. The purpose of this agreement is determination of conditions of cooperation of the Parties in the field of deliveries of goods from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia.

2. For the purposes of this agreement goods are recognized:

1) the goods developed from oil;
