About modification of the Regulations on state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service

The regulations on state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2005 No. 637 "About state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 44, Art. 4561; 2007, No. 40, Art. 4797; 2011, No. 46, Art. 6535; 2013, No. 27, of the Art. 3602) to add with Item 15 (2) the following content:
"15(2). Rates for services of public mail service can be established by the operator of mail connection differentially depending on the number of mailings, amount of the executed technological transactions on processing of mailings, term and amount of advance payment of such services, distance and method of transfer of mailings, and also on other bases without exceeding of rate or limit of the rate established by regulating authority.".
