About share transfer of the state

Based on Article 6, Item d) parts (3) Article 7 and Item c) parts (1) article 14 of the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121-XVI of May 4, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Donate the following state shares into the account of the Agency of public property:

a) 591303 common nominal shares of JSC Moldcinema (IDNO 1003600040239) from the account of the Ministry of Culture;

b) 1000 common nominal shares of JSC Energocom (IDNO 100460007493) from the account of the Ministry of Economics;

c) 1700 common nominal shares of commercial society JSC Gara Nord (IDNO 1004600039490) from the account of GP "Garile si Statiile Auto";

d) 402 common nominal shares of JSC SUDOR (IDNO 1003600034199) from the account of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction.

2. In 15-day time to provide to the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure and the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction transfer in accordance with the established procedure of the specified shares into the account of the Agency of public property.

3. To transfer to the agency of public property in accordance with the established procedure implementation of shareholder rights and management of state-owned property in the joint-stock companies specified in Item 1, to the relevant central industry organs.
