About reorganization of some state companies

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry on reorganization of the State company "Republican Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals" by accession (consolidation) of the State company "Zone Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals Syndzherey".

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry:

a) in a month to found the commission on reorganization of the specified companies;

b) provide by means of the commission on reorganization accession (consolidation) of the companies according to the procedure, established by the legislation, and cession of property from the State company "Zone Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals Syndzherey" to the State company "Republican Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals", according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995.
