About determination of cases of submission of the certificate of origin in case of its import to customs area of the Russian Federation
According to Item 2 of Article 34 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. The certificate of origin in case of its import to customs area of the Russian Federation from the State Party of the Commonwealth of Independent States, except for the Republic of Byelorussia, is submitted upon the demand of customs authority of the Russian Federation for the certificate of the country of goods' origin according to appendix.
2. The certificate of origin is submitted in case of detection by customs authority of the Russian Federation of signs of the fact that the declared data on the country of goods' origin influencing application of rates of customs duties, taxes and (or) prohibitions and the restrictions set in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about state regulation of foreign trade activity are doubtful.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
