For the purpose of ensuring payment of the one-time monetary assistance to veterans of war and to persons on whom operation of the Laws of Ukraine "Expatiates on the status of veterans of war guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that in 2014 payment of the one-time monetary assistance till May 5 provided by the Laws of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" (further - benefit), performs the Ministry of social policy by money transfer on the specified purposes to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population regional, the Kiev city public administration (further - social security authorities of the population) which through post offices or organizations of banks transfer them into personal accounts of citizens in the place of receipt of pension (to persons who are not pensioners, - in the place of their residence), in the following sizes:

1) to disabled veterans and the former juveniles (to whom at the time of the conclusion 14 years were not performed) to the prisoners of concentration camps, ghetto and other places of detention recognized as disabled people from general disease, labor mutilation and for other reasons:

The I groups - 2575 hryvnias;

The II groups - 2250 hryvnias;

III groups - 2020 hryvnias;

2) to combatants and the former minors (to which at the time of the conclusion 18 years were not performed) to prisoners of concentration camps, ghetto, other places of detention, and also children who were born in the specified places of detention of their parents, - 795 hryvnias;
