About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2004 No. 30

1. 1.1. third of Item 27 to state part in the following edition:

"In case of liquidation, including in connection with economic insolvency (bankruptcy), the employer, the insurer, the organization investigation of the accidents specified in part one of this Item is conducted according to the statement of the victim or person representing its interests, the state inspector of work with participation of representatives of the insurer and the victim or person representing its interests (according to their requirement). By results of investigation by the state inspector of work the conclusion and the act of the H-1, form of the H-1AC form or form of NP corresponding to this conclusion approved by the chief state inspector of work of area (Minsk) is constituted.";
