Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of the component parts and mechanisms used in case of production of hours according to appendix.

2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) notes 37C and 38C of the following content:

"37C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 10.05.2014 till 09.05.2017 inclusive.

38C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5% of customs value is applied from 10.05.2014 till 09.05.2017 inclusive.".
