1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of March 29, 2012 No. 384 "About approval of document forms on training in higher educational institutions I-IV of levels of accreditation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 3, 2012 at No. 711/21024 (with changes).
2. To department of organizational and analytical providing and interaction with mass media and public associations (Marchenko A. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to make mark for archive.
3. To department of the higher education (Korovaychenko Yu. M.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
