About modification and amendments in the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 26-28, 95), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. To add article 2 after the concept "single window" with the concept "e-licensing" of the following content:

"e-licensing - the electronic service giving opportunity to applicants by means of the web interface or to licensees to send online declarations for obtaining/licence renewal or the statement for renewal of the license and to receive electronic confirmation of approval or variation of declarations/statements, effectual in law, equivalent to the procedure provided by this law;".
