1. Determine that rates for heat energy (capacity) and rates in the field of water supply and the water disposals established for 2013 by executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates can be lowered by these bodies in current period of regulation.

2. State Item 9 of Bases of pricing in the field of the water supply and water disposal approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2013 No. 406 "About state regulation of rates in the field of water supply and water disposal" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 20, Art. 2500; No. 32, the Art. 4306), in the following edition:

"9. Limiting indexes are established by Federal Tariff Service (further - federal body of regulation of rates) with calendar breakdown. Rates in the field of water supply and water disposal (except for rates for connection (technological accession) are established according to the specified limiting indexes with calendar breakdown on half-year on condition of not exceeding of size of the specified rates in the first half of the year of the next annual period of regulation over the size of the corresponding rates in the second half of the year of preceding annual period of regulation as of December 31.".

3. Action of Item 1 of this resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2013.
