About establishment of details of finance treasurer bills

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the circulation of bills of exchange in Ukraine", Article 75 of the Regulations on bills of exchange and promissory notes the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED: 

1. Establish such structure of obligatory details of the finance treasurer bill issued as the electronic document:

1) words "Promissory note";

2) unconditional obligation of the central executive body performing treasurer servicing of budgetary funds to pay certain amount of money at maturity;

3) interest rate for the bill of exchange;

4) specifying of payment due date;

5) specifying of the place in which the payment shall be made;

6) the name of person to which or by order of which the payment shall be made;

7) specifying of date and place of issue of the bill of exchange;

8) the field for the endorsement (endorsement):

surname, name, middle name and the residence of physical person or the name, code on EGRPOU and the location of the legal entity to which the finance treasurer bill is transferred;

in the presence of the simple order on the bill of exchange or pledge of the bill of exchange - the corresponding prevention;

date of transfer of finance treasurer bill.

The endorsement is signed:

on behalf of legal entities - by imposing of the digital signature of the head or person authorized by it and the digital signature of the chief accountant (in the presence of position of the chief accountant in the staff list of the legal entity) or person authorized by it, and also the digital signature of the legal entity who is specially appointed for the authentication of the signature on documents;
