About withdrawal and provision of the parcel of land to the State unitary enterprise "Polygon Firmly — Household Waste of the City of Dushanbe"

In compliance with Articles 26 (1), 29 and 30 Land codes of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan economy of Rakhimdzhon of the area Rudaki Ploshchad of 0,03 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland and provide them in unlimited use to the State unitary enterprise "Polygon Firmly — Household Waste of the City of Dushanbe" for well-drilling.

2. To Ispolnitelny public authority of the region of Rudaki:

- to perform provision of the parcel of land after collection of the grown-up harvest;

- instead of the withdrawn parcel of land to assign to Dehkan economy of Rakhimdzhon the equivalent parcel of land Ploshchad 0,03 of hectare.

3. To the state unitary enterprise "Polygon of Tverdobytovy Waste of the City of Dushanbe":

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan before withdrawal of the parcel of land to compensate losses of the land user in full;

- for the purpose of development of new lands, according to Article 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan instead of taken away to compensate 2761 (two thousand seven hundred sixty one) somoni of means of losses of agricultural production into the special account of the republican budget taking into account inflation of national currency.

4. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
