About modification and amendments in the Law on submission of petitions No. 190-XIII of July 19, 1994

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on submission of petitions No. 190-XIII of July 19, 1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 6-8, 23), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 8:

in part (1) words and figures "in 30-day time," and "in 15-day time" to replace respectively with words and figures "within 30 working days," and "within 15 working days", and at the end to add part with words ", except as specified, provided by parts (4) and (5).";

"(5) the Petitions containing foreign elements are considered till 90 working days provided that within 30 working days to the applicant the answer about the measures taken concerning its petition goes. The applicant who is not satisfied with the received answer having the right to appeal to administrative court in accordance with the established procedure.".

2. In Article 9:

in part (the words "it goes" shall be replaced with words 1) "the original of the petition goes", and to replace the word of "three" with the word of "five";
