About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for declaring of customs value of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova

In the Regulations on procedure for declaring of customs value of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 600 of May 14, 2002 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for declaring of customs value of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 66-68, 697), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. C) of Item 8 to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case it is transported directly by the vehicle of the buyer, then expenses to "the place of import" will be calculated the customs applicant depending on the size of the transportation expenses performed by the same mode of transport and will be included in customs value."

2. State Items 13 and 14 in the following edition:

"13. For confirmation of customs value of imported goods the customs applicant shall submit to customs authority the following documents according to the requirements established by part (1) article 7 of the Law No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 on customs tariff:

a) the commercial agreement relating to the import transaction and supplementary agreements to it (if those were imprisoned);

b) the invoice (invoice) or the pro forma bill (proforma invoice), in case of the conditional and cost transaction;

c) bank payment documents or other documents on payment of advance payment;
