The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About operational search activities" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 11, Article 612; 2002, No. 5, Article 250, No. 6, Article 328; 2004, No. 3, Article 133; 2005, No. 12, Article 1079; 2006, No. 2, Article 64, No. 11, Article 933, No. 12, Article 1005; 2007, No. 6, Article 560; 2008, No. 4, Article 252, No. 6, Article 462; 2010, No. 3, Article 172, No. 6, Article 487; 2011, No. 4, Articles 252, of 268, No. 11, Article 989) to add with Article 14-2 of the following content:
"Article 14-2. Operational search activities in detention centers and organizations for serving sentence
I. Operational search measures in detention centers and organizations for serving sentence are applied according to the procedure, established by this Law.
II. Operational search activities in detention centers and organizations for serving sentence are performed by administration according to detention centers and organizations on serving sentence. Relevant organs of the executive authority perform the operational search activities referred to their competence together with administration of detention centers or organizations on serving sentence.
III. Supervision of execution of the laws when implementing operational search activities in detention centers and organizations for serving sentence is performed by bodies of prosecutor's office, the stipulated in Clause 20 these Laws.".
