If the offenses provided by Articles 151. 1, 151.2, 151.3, 151.3-1, 151.3-2, 151-1, 151-2. 1, 151-3 and 158-1.3 of this Code, are revealed by means of the special technical means having functions of photo or video registration, data of special technical means (photo and video records which prove approach of incident with administrative offense and its making by the driver of certain vehicle) are given in real time electronically directly to Central Information System of relevant organ of the executive authority, the protocol on administrative offense is constituted without participation of person who made this offense in form of an electronic document in real time, according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the digital signature and the electronic document", and makes sure the digital signature of the relevant authorized employee of Central Information System.".

6. In the second offer of Article 410-1.2 to exclude the words "working in the automatic mode".

7. State Article 410-1.8 in the following edition:

"410-1.8. For the administrative offenses revealed by means of the special technical means having functions of photo or video registration it is forbidden:

410-1.8.1. call the user of the vehicle in authority, except for case, stipulated in Article 410-1.6 of this Code;

410-1.8.2. stop the vehicle and constitute the protocol on such committed offenses which is not conforming to requirements of Article 410-1.1 of this Code.".

8. In Article 421.3 to replace the word "data" with the word "information".
