About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Criminal code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) the following changes:

1. The fifth Article 49 to state part in the following edition:

"5. The prescription is not applied in case of making of crimes against the bases of homeland security of Ukraine provided in Articles 109 - 114-1, against the world and the safety of mankind provided in Articles 437 - 439 and parts one of Article 442 of this Code".

2. In Article 110:

to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years";

to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:

"are punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to ten years";

to state paragraph two of part three in the following edition:

"are punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fifteen years or lifelong imprisonment".

3. To state paragraph two of part one of Article 111 in the following edition:

"it is punished by imprisonment for a period of twelve up to fifteen years".

4. To state paragraph two of Article 113 in the following edition:

"it is punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fifteen years".

5. To state paragraph two of part one of Article 114 in the following edition:

6. To add Section 1 of the Special part of "Crime against bases of homeland security of Ukraine" with Article 114-1 of the following content:
