About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of material financial provision of defense capability of the state

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 420; 2008, No. No. 5-8, of Art. 78; 2009 No. 19, Art. 258):

To add 2) with part seven of the following content:

"Financing of requirements of national defense of the state can be performed in addition at the expense of charitable fees of physical persons and legal entities according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, Art. 410; 2005, No. 10, Art. 188; 2009 No. 36-37, of Art. 513; 2012, No. 25, Art. 264; 2013, No. 38, Art. 499):

Article 9 part one after the paragraph of the fifth to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"determines procedure for financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the expense of charitable fees of physical persons and legal entities for ensuring combat, mobilization readiness, fighting capacity and functioning of the Armed Forces of Ukraine".

Article 15 after part one to add 2) with new part of the following content:
