About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning cancellation of ecological tax for utilization of vehicles out of service and the taxation the excise tax of transactions on re-equipment of the vehicle imported on customs area of Ukraine in the excisable car

I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. In subitem 14.1.57 of Item 14.1 of Article 14 of the word "and also for utilization of vehicles out of service, for providing ecological safety, and also safety of life and health of citizens" to exclude.

2.  To exclude subitem 212.1.10 of Item 212.1 of Article 212.

3.  To exclude subitem 213.1.8 of Item 213.1 of Article 213.

4. The paragraph one of subitem 215.3.5 of Item 215.3 of Article 215 to state in the following edition:

"215.3.5. Cars the automobile and other motor vehicles intended mainly for transportation of people (except the motor vehicles specified in goods item 8702 according to UKT foreign trade activities), including passenger-and-freight vans, racing cars".

5.  To exclude Item 216.8 of Article 216.

6.  To exclude subitem 222.2.3 of Item 222.2 of Article 222.

7.      To exclude subitem 240.1.6 of Item 240.1, Items 240.2-1 and 240.6 of Article 240.

8.    To exclude Items 242.2 and 242.3 of Article 242.

9.  Exclude Article 246-1.

10. In Article 249:

  "And  subitems 240.2-1.1 and 240.2-1.3 of Item 240.2-1 of Article 240 "exclude 1) in the first offer of Item 249.1 of the word;

11. In Article 250:
