About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of calculations for energy carriers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Item 3 parts one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 49, Art. 571; 2012, No. 7, Art. 53; 2013, 40, the Art. 537) to add No. with the words "and also rates for services in centralized heating, services in centralized supply of cold water, service in centralized supply of hot water, service in water disposal (with use of intra house systems) for subjects who are contractors of these services".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 47, Art. 514; 2012, Art. No. 12-13, 76):

 Item 4 of article 7 after words of "housing and communal services" to add 1) with words "(except services in centralized heating, services in centralized supply of cold water, services in centralized supply of hot water, services in water disposal (with use of intra house systems)";

2) in Item of 1 part one of Article 13 of the word "centralized supply of cold and hot water, drainage system" shall be replaced with words "centralized supply of cold water, centralized supply of hot water, drainage system (with use of intra house systems)";

 Article 19 after part three to add 3) with two new parts of the following content:

"4. Contractor of services in centralized heating and services in centralized supply of hot water for objects of all patterns of ownership is the subject of managing on delivery of heat energy (the heatsupplying organization).

5. Contractor of services in centralized supply of cold water and services in water disposal (with use of intra house systems) for objects of all patterns of ownership is the company performing economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system".
