About modification and amendments in the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 168-170, 773), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Part (4) articles 2 after words "for certain term", to add with words ", and also persons which appeared in situation of liquidation of the company,", and at the end to add with the offer: "In case of cancellation of the individual employment contract for certain term, and also in case of liquidation of the company during stay in child care leave before achievement of age of 3 years by it the entitlement to benefit on education of the child remains also after cancellation of the employment contract provided that insured person did not find a job at other company.".
2. In Article 7:
the first offer of part (to add 5) with the words "or, according to the statement of insured person, are replaced with the equal number of the calendar months which were directly preceding the period included in calculation provided that it will lead to increase in the size of benefit.";
