About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1) in Article 29:

the paragraph one of part two after words of "The government budget of Ukraine" to add with words "(taking into account the features determined by Item of 1 part two of Article 67-1 of this Code)";

the paragraph one of part three after the words "regarding the income" to add with words and figures "(taking into account the features determined by Item of 1 part two of Article 67-1 of this Code)";

 Part one of Article 67 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Receipt and expenses of city budget of Kiev are created according to the procedure, established by this Code, taking into account the Law of Ukraine "About the capital of Ukraine - the hero town of Kiev". At the same time:

1) the structure of expenses and crediting of city budget of Kiev is determined according to Articles 88-91 of this Code;

2) the financial standard rates of fiscal capacity applied to scoping of interbudget transfers for city budget of Kiev are determined on the basis of financial standard rates of fiscal capacity for regional budgets and budgets of the cities of regional value taking into account features of its status";

To add 3) with Article 67-1 of the following content:

" Article 67-1. Features of relations of the government budget with budgets of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol

1. For the purposes of this Article local budgets of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are understood as the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, budgets of its areas, budgets of the cities of republican value of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, city budget of Sevastopol.

2. Provisions of this Code are applied to budgets of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol taking into account the following features:
