About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2006 No. 714

According to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2014 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 80" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 130

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the organization and conducting centralized testing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2006 No. 714 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 92, 5/22424; 2008, No. 54, 5/26855; 2009, No. 14, 5/29066; No. 93, 5/29553; 2011, No. 92, 5/34264), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 1 of the word "About Regulations of Admission in the Highest and Average Special Educational Institutions" shall be replaced with words "About Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of the higher education of the I step and secondary vocational education";

1.2. the fourth to state the paragraph to part one of Item 2 in the following edition:

"the database of entrants - the information about the entrants registered for participation in centralized testing, the creation systematized by certain rules, storages and uses intended only for the organization, preparation, conducting centralized testing and the analysis of its results;";

1.3. add Item 9 with subitems 9.15 and 9.16 of the following content:

"9.15. uses the database of entrants according to requirements of this provision and other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;

9.16. pays remuneration to persons involved for development, examination of pedagogical tests on subjects and maintenances of centralized testing proceeding from labor costs according to appendix 20 and rates of hourly pay of work according to appendix 21.";

1.4. to exclude from paragraph one of Item 11 of the word "according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 80";
