About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2014 "About entering of amendments and changes into presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 49

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. item 4 of the Regulations on Department of State Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 959 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22682; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. After words "The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" to add 2013, 5/36850) with words "The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2006 No. 1244 "About obligatory legal examination of regulatory legal acts" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 161, 5/23117; 2009, No. 263, 5/30658; 2010, No. 211, 5/32402; 2011, No. 19, 5/33304; No. 38, 5/33560; 2012, No. 48, 5/35595; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.09. 2013, 5/37807):

preamble after words of "Investigative Committee" to add with words of "The state committee of judicial examinations";
