2. Determine that:
payment for the delivered Kuchlikskaya neftebaza Unitary Enterprise road bitumen is performed by contract organizations in national currency at the expense of means of Republican road fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the arriving proceeds from sales of road bitumen accumulate on the special account Kuchlikskaya neftebaza Unitary Enterprise with subsequent its converting for settlings with the supplier;
The republican road fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan transfers funds for road bitumen to contract organizations according to the signed agreements.
3. Permit NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the procedure of exception, to perform unloading and storage of the arriving road bitumen in the period of customs clearance in the operating special holes for storage of road bitumen belonging to contract organizations without physical layout under customs locks.
