1. According to article 21 of the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Real Estate" to local registration authorities in case of decision making about carrying out complete or advance state registration to be guided by the enclosed criteria.

2. Approve the enclosed criteria of implementation of advance or complete state registration of the rights to real estate.

3. To direct to department of the organization of registration this Order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice.

4. To department of the organization of registration after passing of state registration of this order to take measures for acquaintance with it of district (city) managements for land management and registration.

5. To chiefs of district (city) managements on land management and registration to bring this order to the attention of employees.

6. To the national monitoring coordinator Tenizbayeva E. B. provide timely acquaintance of regional specialists in monitoring, and also system registration specialists with this order.

7. On land management and registration it is strict to employees of district (city) managements to observe requirements of criteria in case of documents acceptance from system registration specialists.

8. To chiefs of local registration authorities, the National monitoring, and also regional specialists monitoring coordinator to provide strict control of the accuracy of respect for the enclosed criteria, and also salary accruals to system registration specialists.
