About introduction of amendments to the Air code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2882) following changes:

Article 103 to add 1) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The passenger has the right to sign with carrier the agreement of airborne transportation of the passenger providing condition of return of the airborne transportation of transportation payment paid under the agreement in case of agreement cancelation of airborne transportation of the passenger. The carrier or person authorized by it shall inform the passenger on terms of return of the transportation payment paid for airborne transportation to the conclusion of the agreement of airborne transportation of the passenger. The procedure for informing passengers on terms of return of the transportation payment paid for airborne transportation is established by federal aviation rules. In case of non-presentation of information on terms of return of the passenger of transportation payment paid for airborne transportation the carrier or person authorized by it bears responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 107:

a) in the subitem 4 of Item 1 to replace the word of "load" with the word "vessels";

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. In case of the termination at the initiative of carrier of validity of airborne transportation of load to the freight owner, the consignor the transportation payment, except as specified, provided by subitems 1 and 2 of Item 1 of this Article returns. In the cases provided by subitems 1 and 2 of Item 1 of this Article the transportation payment paid for airborne transportation of load to the freight owner, the consignor does not return.";

c) add with Items 3 - 6 following contents:
