About entering of amendments into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About donorship of blood and its components" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 7 - 9, the Art. 665) the following amendment:
add Article 13 with part of 5-1 following content:
"5-1. Additional day of rest after every day of giving blood and its components is provided to the serviceman who is the donor.".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the military personnel" (the tabloid "Free mountains", No. 1, August, 1992) the following amendment:
add Article 13 with part 9 of the following content:
"The military personnel has the right to release from execution of obligations of military service by them in day of giving blood and its components, and also the right for additional day of rest after every day of giving blood or its components.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
