About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In part (1) article 26 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:

No. 26-28, 95), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:

33) to state Item in the following edition:

"33) activities of banks;";

add subsection with Items 33-1) - 33-3) following of content:

"33-1) activities of foreign exchange offices (other than banks);

33-2) activities for provision of payment services by the payment societies, societies issuing electronic money, suppliers of post services;

33-3) activities for release of electronic money by the societies issuing electronic money;".

Art. III. - In the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 1256:

part (to add 1) after the words "Payment order" with the words "on credit transfer";

part (to recognize 2) invalid.

2. In Article 1257:

in part (words "(paying bank)" to exclude 1);
