Operating procedure of customs authorities with providing customs payment

I. General provisions

1. This Operating procedure of customs authorities with providing customs payment (further - the Procedure) establishes operating procedure of customs authorities with the following methods of providing customs payment (Article 340 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation further - the Customs code) *:

- pledge of goods and other property;

- bank guarantee;

- entering of money into cash desk or into the account of customs authority in the Federal Treasury (cash pledge);
