the periods during which burial of ground soil, and the applied burial method is performed;

b) about the permissions to burial of ground soil issued to physical persons and legal entities (further - permissions):

information on person to whom permission is issued (surname and initials - for physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, the name - for the legal entity);

number, date of issue and effective period of permission.

3. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation to approve register form.

4. Determine that:

a) forming and maintaining the register is performed on electronic media;

b) the data specified in Item 2 of this resolution are subject to entering into the register within 10 days from the date of issue in accordance with the established procedure of permission;

c) the data entered in the register are posted on the official site of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service on the Internet in open access monthly, no later than 5 days after the termination of the next month;
