Article 1.
Article 2. Article 21-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 "About advertizing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 119, 2/1321; 2008, No. 196, 2/1525; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2/2013) to state 2013, in the following edition:
"Article 21-1. Advertizing of cultural and spectacular action
1. The organizer of cultural and spectacular action and other persons has no right to announce the program of cultural and spectacular action in mass media and to distribute promotional materials on its carrying out before receipt of the certificate by the organizer of cultural and spectacular action to the right of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in cases when receipt of such certificate is obligatory.
2. In advertizing of cultural and spectacular action shall be specified:
information about the organizer of cultural and spectacular action (the name and the location of the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign and international organization, including not being the legal entity, surname, own name, middle name (in case of its availability) the individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Belarus, the foreign citizen, the stateless person) and its contact telephone numbers;
data on the certificate on the right of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (registration number, decision date about issue, the name of body, it issued) in cases when receipt of such certificate is obligatory (except for advertizing on radio and outdoor advertizing);
information on specifics of cultural and spectacular action (availability or lack of soundtrack);
other information, stipulated by the legislation.".
