About modification of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2013 No. 694

1. In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2013 No. 694 "About the sizes and payment procedure of the benefits provided by Items 2 and 3 of part 1 of article 11 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to Employees of Some Federal Executive Bodies and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 33, of the Art. 4395) of the word "17882 rubles" shall be replaced with words "18866 rubles".
2. To perform financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution for the account and within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Penitentiary Service, Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service on implementation of activities in the established sphere.
3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2013.
