1. Approve Regulations on procedure for creation and designation of customs control zones (further - the Provision) and samples of sign of designation of the customs control zone and protective tape (appendices 1-3).
2. To chiefs of regional customs authorities, customs to take measures for creation and designation of customs control zones according to the approved region of activities of customs authority and requirements of the Provision.
3. To head department of the organization of customs control (A. V. Galaktionov) to exercise control of creation of customs control zones.
4. To provide to chiefs of customs authorities control of creation, designation and liquidation of customs control zones according to the Provision.
5. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 13.07.2000 N 594 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and designation of customs control zones" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 14.08. 2000, registration N 2354).
6. To the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia V. V. Shpagin to exercise control of execution of this order.
