1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for attraction by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for money of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations in deposits approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2012 No. 377 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.08.2012, 8/26324), the following amendments:

1.1. in Item 12:

add part one with the offer of the following content: "If the specified electronic payment document arrived in National Bank with observance of requirements of the legislation and the corresponding cash amount is credited in the deposit, then in the program way the message on successful acceptance of means is created and goes to the deposit to bank through SPFI.";

third to add part with offers of the following content: "If the message MT 998/125 arrives in National Bank with violation of requirements of the legislation, in the program way the message on mistake availability is created and goes to bank through SPFI. The bank can repeatedly send the message MT 998/125 to National Bank before closing of operational day of the BISS system.";
