About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (4) Article 112 to recognize invalid.

2. Part (3) Article 113 to recognize invalid.

3. Part (Article 139 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) the Complete contribution to the authorized capital is confirmed by the certificate of the participant granted by partnership in commendam.".

4. Part (Article 147 to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the Size of the authorized capital of limited liability company is established in the charter by founders.".

Art. II. - Article 14 of the Law on the basic principles of regulation of business activity No. 235-XVI of July 20, 2006 (2006, Art. No. 126-130, 627), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (3) the following content:

"(3) Physical persons and legal entities shall be registered in state bodies or address for allowing documents for activities implementation only in cases when it is directly provided by the law.".

Art. III. - In the Law on limited liability companies No. 135-XVI of June 14, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 127-130, 548), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
