About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation new subjects

based on free and voluntary declaration of will of the people of the Crimea on the all-Crimean referendum held in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol on March 16, 2014 during which the people of the Crimea made the decision on reunion with Russia as the subject of the Russian Federation,
in view of the offer of the Republic of Crimea and the city with special status of Sevastopol about acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea, including the city with special status Sevastopol,
signed this Agreement as follows.
1. The Republic of Crimea is considered accepted to the Russian Federation from signature date of this Agreement.
