About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2006 No. 129

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2006 No. 129 "About procedure of obligatory sale of foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 152, 8/15050; 2009, No. 183, 8/21244; 2011, No. 97, 8/24056) following changes and amendments:

1.1. exclude Item 3;

1.2. in the Instruction about procedure of obligatory sale of the foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. in Item 1:

exclude part one;

the second to consider part part one;

1.2.2. in Item 2:

the second to add part with the words "About Obligatory Sale of Foreign Currency" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 112, 1/7753)";
