St. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state No. 668-XIII of November 23, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item "76, Mr. Chimishliya" figures "164" to replace technical training college No. with figures of "160,96";

in line item of "All" of figure of "22166,08" to replace with figures of "22163,04".

Art. II. - Zemli Ploshchad of 3,04 of hectare, excluded according to the article I of this law, are transferred to the control to the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure (in maintaining the State company "Public Administration of Highways") for recovery and expansion of the national highway M3 Chisinau - Chimishliya - Vulkenesht - Dzhyurdzhyulesht - border with Romania and are transferred to category of lands of the industry, transport, communication and other special purpose. Losses from exception of these lands of category of lands of agricultural purpose are not compensated.

Art. III. - In three-months time to provide to the government modification of cadastral documentation according to this law.
