Art. II. - In Item 12 of the Concept of the State automated information system "Elections" approved by the Law No. 101-XVI of May 15, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 117-119, 457), with subsequent changes, subitems b) and c) to recognize invalid.
Art. III. - This law becomes effective since September 1, 2014.
