Article 1

Bring in Item 11 of article 58 of the Federal Law of June 12, 2002 No. 67-FZ "About basic guarantees of the voting rights and the participation rights in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 24, Art. 2253; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3104; 2007, No. 1, Art. 37; 2010, No. 27, Art. 3417) following changes:

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Provisions of Item 11 of article 58 of the Federal Law of June 12, 2002 "About basic guarantees of the voting rights and the participation rights in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) are applied No. 67-FZ to the legal relationship which arose in connection with elections, appointed after day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
