Article 17 to add 1) with Item 15.1 of the following content:

"15.1. In case of holding early voting according to Item 1 of article 65 of this Federal Law creation of the electoral register, participants of referendum, transfer to the precinct election commission of the first copy of the electoral register, participants of referendum and acquaintance with the electoral register, participants of referendum on the respective polling precinct, site of referendum are performed in the terms established by the law for the purpose of ensuring holding early voting of voters, participants of referendum.";

2) in Article 33:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The relevant electoral commission is considered the candidate notified on promotion, and the candidate is considered pushed, acquires the rights and the candidate's obligations provided by this Federal Law, other law, after receipt of the statement in it in writing the pushed person about consent to stand on the respective constituency with the obligation in case of its election to stop the activities incompatible with the status of the deputy or with substitution of other elective office. b) add with Item 2.2 of the following content:

"2.2. To the statement, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles, are attached:

a) the passport copy (the separate pages of the passport determined by Russian Central Election Commission) or the document replacing the passport of the citizen. The law can provide that the passport or the document replacing the passport of the citizen is shown by the candidate in case of personal submission of documents to the electoral commission according to Item 5 of this Article, the passport copy or the document replacing the passport of the citizen is made in the electoral commission in the presence of the candidate and certified by the signature of person who adopted the statement and documents attached to it;

b) copies of the documents confirming the data on education, principle place of employment specified in the statement or services on post (occupation), and also that the candidate is deputy.";

c) in paragraph one of Item 3.1 of the word "the candidate also represents to the electoral commission" shall be replaced with words "together with the statement, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles, also shall be provided to the electoral commission constituted";

d) in Item 5 of the word "in Items 1, 2, 3 and 3.1 these Articles" shall be replaced with words "in Items 2, 2.2, 3 and 3.1 of this Article";

e) in Item 5.1 of the word "specified in Items 2 and 3 of this Article" shall be replaced with words "specified in Items 2, 2.2, 3 and 3.1 of this Article";

e) Item 9 after the words "including promotion of candidates" to add with words of "candidate lists", after the words "in support of promotion of candidates" to add with words ", candidate lists";

3) in Article 35:
