About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 28, 2004 No. 961

For the purpose of expansion of infrastructure of payment systems on carrying out payments in non-cash form in all territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", Article 243 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 28, 2004 No. 961 the following change and amendments:

in the Instruction for control of calculation and the customs payment approved by the above-stated resolution:

- Item 8.3. state in the following edition:

"8.3 Customs payments can be paid in non-cash form of payments with payment orders (appendix No. 2 to this Instruction), electronic method with use of electronic communication channels and telecommunications, cash, and also with use of bank payment cards according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
