Withdraw from lands of production cooperative, Dehkan farms, additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens, the state inventory of the city of Vahdat Ploshchad 166,0 of hectares, from them: 146,21 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, 14,32 of hectare of the irrigated gardens, 0,60 of hectare of the irrigated mulberries, 0,20 of hectare of pastures, 0,31 of hectare of additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens, hectare 3,60 under water, hectare 0,51 under roads and 0,25 of hectares of other lands and to present them to executive body of the government of the city of Vahdat under the home parcels of land for providing families of victims of natural disaster.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of Production cooperative of K. Ismoilov Ploshchad of 154,13 of hectare, from them 136,21 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, 13,08 of hectare of the irrigated gardens, 0,60 of hectare of the irrigated mulberries, 0,20 of hectare of pastures, 3,29 of hectares under water, hectare 0,50 under roads and 0,25 of hectare of other lands;

- from lands of Dehkan economy Mirzomurod Ploshchad 1,13 of hectare, from them 1,0 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,12 under water and 0,01 of hectare under roads;

- from lands of Dehkan economy Abdukhalim Ploshchad 1,14 of hectare, from them 1,0 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland and 0,14 of hectare under water;

- from lands of Dehkan economy "Ikbolchon" Ploshchad of 1,0 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland;
