About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Establish the extreme number of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings) financed by budgetary appropriations of the federal budget in number of 894 869 units, including the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in number of 746 859 people, federal government civil servants - 17 197 people, workers - 130 813 people.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation to provide allocation to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations from the federal budget, necessary for realization of Item 1 of this Decree.

3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 23, 1998 No. 1422 "About measures for enhancement of the organization of pretrial investigation in system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 48, Art. 5923; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1781; 2006, No. 1, Art. 116; 2008, No. 43, Art. 4919; No. 49, Art. 5762; 2010, No. 3, Art. 277; No. 8, Art. 839; 2011, No. 4, Art. 572; No. 43, Art. 6026; 2012, No. 22, Art. 2757; 2014, No. 14, the Art. 1616) and in the Regulations on bodies of pretrial investigation in system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 16.05.2017 No. 214

b) in the Provision:

in item 4 of the word "investigative parts of head departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on federal districts" shall be replaced with words "investigative part of Head department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation across the North Caucasian Federal District";
