Article 1

"Article 7.1. Features of application of provisions of this Federal Law in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and in the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol

This Federal Law acts on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and in the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol since January 1, 2016.".

Article 2
